FAQs

  • We will set aside 3, 6, or 12 bottles of new release wines for you twice per year. We’ll send you an email two weeks in advance of the new release notifying you of your allocation. You can modify your selection or skip the shipment.

    • Guaranteed early access to new releases before they are offered publicly.

    • Exclusive access to library and limited-production bottlings.

    • Complimentary tastings for you and your group with each new release.

    • Complete flexibility.

  • Two weeks before the Spring and Fall releases, you’ll receive an email announcing the wines that we have allocated for you.

  • Absolutely. You’ll have the opportunity to customize your selection up until the release date.

  • Yes, you can skip a shipment up until the release date. Simply log into your account, find the upcoming shipment, and click the skip shipment button.

  • If you do not skip your shipment, we will process your payment as follows:

    Spring Release: first week of March

    Fall Release: first week of September

  • Your wine will ship as soon as the temperatures between Lonesome Rock and your location allow us to safely ship your wine. We cannot ship wine in extreme temperatures. We check the weather daily to ship as soon as possible.

  • There are no fees or obligations. You can skip a shipment or cancel at any time with no penalties.

  • Yes, you can pick up your wine at the vineyard. Please reserve a tasting appointment to pick up your wine. We will have your wine ready upon your arrival and you can also taste through the new releases with us at no charge. Bring your friends too if you’d like!
