General Shipping Info

Shipping Timeframe

Whenever possible, we ship orders on Mondays so that packages move through the UPS network during the week rather than sitting in warehouses over the weekend.

To protect the quality of the wine, orders are generally shipped when temperatures are between 45°F and 75°F along the route between Oregon and your location. We monitor temperatures along the shipping route and may delay shipments if conditions fall outside this safe range. This policy applies to all shipments, including member shipments.

Where We Ship

We are able to ship to most addresses within the United States, with the exception of Delaware, Rhode Island, Utah, and Kentucky due to state shipping regulations.

If you live outside the United States and are interested in purchasing Lonesome Rock wines, please contact us at cheers@lonesomerock.com and we will be happy to explore available options.

Adult Signature Required

Federal law requires that all alcohol shipments be received and signed for by an adult 21 years of age or older with valid identification.

Please provide a delivery address where an adult will be available to sign for the package. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales taxes are calculated automatically at checkout based on the shipping destination.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s progress.
