We ship to all states except Utah, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Shipping Options

Wine is sensitive to temperature extremes. To protect its quality, we carefully monitor weather conditions and may delay shipments when necessary. Our goal is simple: to ensure your wines arrive in the same condition they left our cellar.

Our shipping options are listed below and any weather-related holds will be displayed at checkout based on your destination.

• UPS Ground:

  • Recommended when temperatures along the route are expected to remain between 45°F and 75°F.

  • UPS Ground shipments may be held until conditions improve to protect the quality of the wine when temperatures along the route fall outside of the 45°F and 75°F range.

  • All states other than Oregon, Washington, and Idaho are currently on weather hold for UPS Ground shipping.

  • Ground orders are typically shipped on Mondays to minimize weekend transit and storage.

• UPS 2 Day Air & UPS Next Day Air:

  • Recommended when temperatures fall outside the 45°F–75°F range and you prefer not to wait for weather conditions to improve before shipping.

  • Reduced transit time significantly lowers the risk of temperature-related damage.

  • During warm weather, we may include cold packs and additional insulation to help protect your wine.

  • Expedited orders are typically shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays to minimize weekend transit and storage.

• Arrive 55 White Glove Delivery:

  • End-to-end 55°F temperature-controlled transit for maximum wine protection.

  • Available to select metropolitan delivery areas, including Phoenix, Tucson, Dallas-Ft. Worth, Houston, Austin, Miami, Naples, Jupiter, West Palm Beach County, Charlotte, and Raleigh–Durham.

  • Additional markets in California will be added as the service expands.

  • Ships on Mondays.
